We have drafted tens of thousands of plats through the last century. From the early plats hand drawn with quill pens to the CAD generated plats of today, we have continually integrated and changed with technology. Following are just a few recent projects from our enormous volume of plats.

Riverwalk Communities

Working for Regal Holdings, LLC, developers of Riverwalk Communities, we engineered and surveyed the 222.79 acre site and helped turn their outstanding vision into a beautiful reality. The site was developed into 430 residential lots with 70 acres of green space for the residents to enjoy. At the heart of the development lies the 5800 square foot YMCA Clubhouse and numerous amenities, including a pool, tennis courts, and volleyball courts. In addition to providing the engineering and land surveying services, W. T. Dunahoo personally supervised the entire development process.

Roxeywood Park

Working for Sunrise Development of Georgia, LLC, the developers of Roxeywood Park, we engineered and surveyed the 65.79 acre site into 134 residential lots. The site includes over 13 acres of green space for the residents to enjoy along with a recreational area, pool, and poolside pavilion. W. T. Dunahoo personally supervised the entire development process.

River Glen

Working for WTW Development, LLC, we engineered and surveyed River Glen Subdivision on the North Oconee River in Jackson County. We drafted an Illustrative Site Plan showing the 150.47 acre site subdivided into 95 residential lots and containing an enormous 43.3 acres of open space with a lake for the residents to enjoy. W. T. Dunahoo personally supervised the entire development process.

Concept Plan

We devised a concept plan of this 117.32 acre site in Barrow County into a complex development of 162 residential single family lots, 20 condominium units and several commercial sites including office space, a possible convenience store, and restaurant locations. The site includes over seven acres of green space with biking and walking trails and a lake for residents to enjoy. There is also a large recreational area with a pool, poolside clubhouse, and multiple sports courts.
